How much does it cost ?

Absolutely nothing - The venue pays us an introductory commission and only once the event is confirmed. This does not affect the rate pay. It is our motivation to get you exactly the right venue because if you are not happy – we don’t get paid. If you choose to take advantage of any of the event management services then these are additional charges but these are well documented and require pre agreement from yourself if required.

Can I instruct numerous agencies for the same event?

Key locations work on a ‘sole agency’ basis and are reluctant to take on research that you have instructed another agent with. This is confusing for the venues and restricts our ability to negotiate the best rates for you.

I am obligated to pay if decide not to go ahead?

You are not financially obligated at any point within the process to Key Locations however we would ask for as a respect that once we have been commissioned to undertake the research we are given this exclusively for an agreed time period.

Can I visit the venues you recommend?

Absolutely and in fact we encourage you to do so. We can either accompany you on the tour or you can attend independently – your choice.

What do you need from me to initiate a search?

The core information is the date, location and budget and then we can ‘make a start’. The preferred additional information is understanding the purpose of your event, who’s attending, why, where you have used previously, what would make the event an absolute success.

Can you provide references?

No problem – please just let us know when and we can arrange this from a broad base of satisfied customers.
