Client: Thorn Lighting
Key Locations and Multimedia Plus were selected by Thorn Lighting to deliver their highly prestigious Spennymoor Factory Launch.
Over 350 international delegates were invited to attend this very important event. Key Locations and MMP sucessfully managed all of the event management and production requirements. This involved creating a dedicated on-line delegate registration system to enable all aspects of the delegate management to be managed and tracked efficiently. In terms of production a small presentation theatre was built for the delegates to watch a specially commissioned introductory video, a keynote presentation and subsequent presentations to all of the invited guests. A factory tour followed which included the research laboratories, factory facilities and an introduction to the Thorn Lighting Academy (TAL). Delegates enjoyed the hospitality and catering throughout the event.

National Adhesives
National Adhesives is one of the largest producers of specialty industrial adhesives in the world, based on both natural and synthetic polymers. Major product groups include water-borne, hot melt and pressure sensitive adhesives. National Adhesives' products are used to seal cases and cartons and to fix labels to bottles and cans. Paper applications include laminating, bag making, tissue, paper tube winding and box manufacturing.
Key Locations worked with National Starch / National Adhesives throughout 2007 on a variety of events including incentive trips, company meetings and even their Christmas Party!
Key Locations arranged the venue bookings and assisted with the organisation of a number of conferences, teambuilding events, dinner locations, accommodation and transportation and in particular for their annual Company Conference combined as an incentive/rallying event in 2008 to be held in Malta.
Sainsbury’s
Key locations are currently working with Sainsbury’s in early 2008 to create the first Sainsbury’s Adventure Challenge 2008. This charity event is being organised to raise money for Sport Relief of which Sainsbury’s is one of the key partners. All indications are that this is set to become an annual event!
And now Key Locations are delighted to have been appointed the event managers of this exciting event, responsible for organizing the venues, destinations, sporting activities (in some cases EXTREME!) and the air charter & logistics.
The aim of the event is to push each participant to the extreme of their abilities through a packed programme of exhilarating activities each designed to challenge and, of course, have fun! It is hoped that this event will make a considerable contribution to the Charity along with being memorable to each participant.

HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world. HSBC's international network comprises over 10,000 offices in 83 countries and territories in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa.
Key Locations have developed a close working relationship with HSBC and have helped source and book venues for a number of their key events throughout 2007. Incuded in the brief have been conferences, exhibitions, multi cultural banking launch events and networking platforms, all within a variety of hotels, museums, art galleries, conference venues and unusual style venues throughout the UK. They keep us on our toes and we love working with them!
