Founder of Key Locations Elisabeth has worked in hospitality industry since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University in 1984. Working for Whitbread, Allied Breweries and Bass as a specialist in hotel and conference sales and marketing.
Suzanne Singleton – Conference Manager
Suzanne has worked in a variety of hotels, conference centres, and unusual venues and for an outside catering company in event management and sales. She has a superb knowledge of venues and insists on the team making numerous site visits to ensure we keep at the forefront of latest happenings. She is also now the official office X factor groupie.
Julienne Shaw – Research Team
Julienne is pivotal to introducing Key Locations to new contacts and friendly faces. She feverously researches away with dogged determination so please be kind if and when she calls.
Michael Veit – venue expert
Michael (Mike) graduated from Oxford Brookes University as a graduate within the international hospitality sector. He has worked in conference and events within the States for Intercontinental Hotels and Crowne Plaza Resorts. He has operational and conference experiences both in the UK and brings fresh thinking and an innovative approach to the team.
Francesca Laird – venue expert
Francesca recently joined Key Locations having lived in the Middle East and Asia for the past 7 years. She brings with her knowledge of International conference, event and hotel experiences. In total she has visited 67 countries! Francesca brings to the team priceless experience of UK and international arena.
Jackie Daniels – venue expert
Jackie joined Key Locations in 2001 after working for Holiday Inn and Marriott hotels for over 10 years. Jackie has extensive knowledge of the hotel industry offering client the expertise and experience needed to create the perfect event. She is also known in the office as ‘Turbo Typist’ for the extraordinary speed and accuracy on the key board.
Debbie Fredericks
Debbie joined Key Locations in 2003 and manages the day to day running of the office including systems, IT, telecoms, CRS database and equally importantly chases all those pesky invoices.
